New Sonntag-player: Dani Solimine
I’m pleased to introduce a new Sunday player on the website: Dani Solimine from Zurich recently became the proud owner of a J18X Augusta Non-Cut. He plays this Augusta purely acoustically, which is why no pickup was installed.
Dani has become something of a permanent member of the Bolzano Workshop family. There, he selflessly makes himself available to the group of singers as an accompanist. The singers love him because he has mastered this art down to the smallest detail: Accompanying full-time is his business model, and it’s working out very well for him. In the Swiss jazz scene and beyond, Dani is a highly sought-after sideman for soloists and bands.
In this context, his new Augusta is sure to make a great impression. With a powerful acoustic sound and the diverse frequency spectrum of an 18-inch cabinet, Dani can put the Augusta to excellent use in chamber music settings.
